Why this one? - On this dreary New Year's Eve, I wanted to do something different with my pup. We were heading in the direction of Rolling Hills to pick up some corn from a local farmer (for the squirrels). So we decided to visit this park. I have not gone that much - too cheap to buy an annual pass. But we popped in for the daily admission and walked around for an hour. Lovely park and it will be a place where we will return when my leg is feeling better and I can go for a longer walk. Love a picture of Runyon against the browns of mid-winter.
Picture Description: Runyon and I have not ever spent a day on the trails at Rolling Hills County Park. We had been there for Doggy Dip, but this was just to meander. Might have to get a pass for this park next year! Taken at Rolling Hills County Park on Saturday December 31st, 2022.
